Elka Soussana is the CEO and co-founder of Simpler Horizons Insurance Solutions, where she has dedicated her career to helping people confidently navigate Medicare. Known for her ability to turn a confusing Medicare process into a clear path forward, Elka and her team have helped over 25,000 seniors make confident healthcare decisions while giving them something even more valuable: peace of mind. She serves as the Medicare Chair for CAHIP Los Angeles, is a member of the NABIP Medicare Advisory Group, and serves on the board of the Foundation for Senior Services. A Los Angeles native, Elka enjoys baking her signature Italian raspberry tart, golfing, playing mahjong, and spending time with her husband of 28 years, their four children, and her growing family.
